🔐 1. Payment Policy

I understand and agree that Step 1 and Step 2 of the course are designed to prepare me with the required technical knowledge, practical understanding and job-readiness skills. After successfully completing the required preparation and assessments, I agree to complete the required documentation process and provide the required security cheque. I understand that the security formalities must be completed before I receive access to Step 3, the Final Module. I also understand and agree that the security cheque will not be deposited or presented to the bank by the academy without my prior consent and confirmation.

📈 2. Placement Support & Job Ready Course

I understand that the security cheque covers the employment-related documentation and placement support provided by Smart PLM Academy. By completing the required security formalities, I will receive the following support:

  • Comprehensive Roadmap: Structured learning and career guidance based on current market requirements.
  • Step-by-Step Guidance: Personalized guidance throughout the learning and placement journey.
  • Critical Query Support: WhatsApp support for important course, technical and placement-related queries, generally responded to within 24 hours.
  • Mock Tests & Interviews: Regular mock tests and mock interviews to improve interview readiness.
  • Resume Building: Professional resume preparation based on my skills, experience and target roles.
  • Job Ready Course: Access to Job Ready training and resources required for real-world opportunities.
  • Interview Call Facilitation: Assistance in providing relevant interview opportunities based on my profile.
  • HR & Industry Network: Access to the academy’s HR and industry recruitment network for potential opportunities.
  • Placement Support: Continuous guidance throughout the interview and placement process until placement.
  • Post-Placement Support: Continued guidance and support for up to one year after placement.

💼 3. Remaining Fee & Payment Process

I understand and agree that once I am placed and the company requires the submission of employment-related documents, I will be required to pay a Documentation Fee of ₹40,000 to the company as required for releasing and completing the necessary documentation. I understand that this ₹40,000 amount will be adjusted against my final academy fee, which will be equivalent to three months of my salary. The remaining balance after deducting the ₹40,000 Documentation Fee will be payable within 4 months of joining the company.

I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the course structure, documentation process, payment terms, policies, and guidelines of Smart PLM Academy. I understand that providing false information or violating academy policies may result in cancellation of my admission and academy support.
